Annual schedules for the 2024-2025 US Std Calendar and the 2025 Alpha Calendar years where you can plan your school year to make sure that you finalize the chosen subjects in time can be found here:
(4) Weekly Scheduling
A weekly schedule where you can plan your child’s weekly program – and align with the DBE’s foundation, intermediate and senior phase requirements (if applicable) can be found here:
(5) Attendance Register
This attendance register will help you to keep track of school days for your own tracking and DBE reporting purposes. This form can be used at the same time as the annual schedule.
(6) Motivational Letter
Where DBE registration is required, a motivational letter explaining the decision to educate the learner at home is part of the application process To assist, you are welcome to adapt the following template for your needs.
