New Enrollment

Welcome to our enrollment process! We’re excited to have you join us. Below is an outline of what to expect:

  1. Please familiarize yourself with what is included in your enrollment.
  2. Registration Fee: To begin, there is a non-refundable registration fee of R1,000. This secures your enrollment slot.
  3. Enrollment Form: After payment, you’ll gain access to our enrollment form. Simply fill it out for your family, ensuring completion until the end.
  4. Invoice: Within a few days, you’ll receive an invoice via email. This will include:
    • A $190 family enrollment fee (applicable to your entire family)
    • If you have a Grade 12 student, there’s a $175 senior fee per student.
    • Transferring students in Grades 9-11 from another institution? There’s a $150 transfer fee per student, covering 3 years of transfer records.
    • Any additional Kairos+ services you’ve selected during enrollment.
  5. Payment: Please settle the invoice within 7 days. We don’t offer payment plans, so please ensure you have the necessary funds to avoid forfeiting the registration fee.
  6. Registration with HLA: Once payment is received, we’ll register you with HLA. You’ll then be able to access Applecore to upload the current academic year’s Education Plan for each enrolled student. Additionally, you’ll receive our complimentary Kairos e-Planner.
  7. Registration with HLA: Our 2026 enrollments will gain access to HLA at the beginning of December. This is applicable if you enrolled before mid Nov 2025. At that point, you’ll then be able to access Applecore to upload the current academic year’s Education Plan for each enrolled student.
  8. Community Engagement: We’ll add you to our Kairos community on WhatsApp for easy communication and community engagement.
  9. Curriculum Choice: It’s important to note that we don’t supply curriculum. You have the freedom to choose your curriculum of choice. However, we’re here to offer consultation and planning support should you need it.
  10. Additional Fees: Please keep in mind there may be further potential HLA fees.
  11. Consultation and planning: We love to help you plan and succeed in your homeschooling, consultation and planning support.
