Re-enrollment

Here’s what you need to know for re-registration:

  1. Re-registration Fee: To secure your spot, please pay the non-refundable re-registration fee of R450 on this page.
  2. Re-enrollment Form: Once payment is successful, the re-enrollment form will become accessible. Kindly complete it for your family, ensuring all sections are filled out thoroughly.
  3. Invoice Details: In the coming days, you’ll receive an invoice via email detailing the following:
    • $180 for the family re-enrollment fee.
    • $120 senior fee for each Grade 12 student enrolled for the new academic year.
    • Any selected Kairos+ services indicated in the enrollment form.
    • R250 late enrollment fee (ALPHA calendar: after 30 November; US calendar: after 30 September of your year of enrollment) for account reinstatement.
  4. Payment Deadline: Please settle the invoice within 7 days of receipt. Kindly note that we don’t offer payment plans, so we encourage you to arrange your own finance where needed.
  5. Registration Process: Upon receiving payment, we’ll proceed to register you with HLA. You’ll then gain access to Applecore to upload the current academic year’s Education Plan for each enrolled student within 2 weeks of HLA registration. Additionally, you’ll receive the most recent edition of our Kairos e-Planner.
  6. Registration Process: Our 2026 re-enrollments will gain access to HLA for 2026 at the beginning of December. This is applicable if you enrolled and paid before mid Nov 2025. At that point, you’ll then be able to access Applecore to upload the current academic year’s Education Plan for each enrolled student.
  7. Curriculum Freedom: Please note that we don’t provide curriculum. You’re free to choose the curriculum that best suits your needs.
  8. Consultation and Support: We love to help you plan and succeed in your homeschooling and offer consultation and planning support.
