Re-enrollment

Thank you for continuing to partner with Kairos, and welcome to our re-enrollment process! We’re excited to have you join us. Below is an outline of the re-enrollment process:

1. Please familiarize yourself with what is included in your re-enrollment.
2. Enrolment must take place annually within the relevant Kairos/HLA enrolment window.
   • For Alpha Calendar families, standard-fee re-enrolment is available until 30 November, with an additional R300 late administrative fee per family applying from 1 December – 15 August.
   • For US Standard Calendar families, standard-fee re-enrolment is available until 15 July, with an additional R300 late administrative fee per family applying from 16 July – 15 March.
3. Registration Fee: To begin, there is a non-refundable re-registration fee of R450. This secures your enrollment slot and allows for access to Kairos in the academic year of enrollment.
4. Enrollment Form: After payment, you’ll gain access to our enrollment form within seconds in the same PC window. Simply fill it out for your family and submit.
5. Invoice: Within a few days, you’ll receive an invoice via email. This will include:
   • A $190 family enrollment fee (applicable to your entire family).
   • If you have a Grade 12 student, there’s an additional $120 senior fee per student with shipment (of choice) fee.
6. Any additional Kairos+ services you’ve selected during enrollment as part of your chosen enrollment package, and/or additonal service choices.
7. Payment: Please settle the invoice within 7 days. As you know, we don’t offer payment plans, so please ensure you have the necessary funds to avoid forfeiting the registration fee.
8. Registration with HLA: Once payment is received and HLA’s portal is available, we’ll re-enroll you with HLA. You’ll then be able to access Applecore to upload the current academic year’s Education Plan for each enrolled student. Additionally, you’ll receive our latest revision Kairos e-Planner.
9. Community Engagement: We’ll add you to our Kairos WhatsApp community for Kairos announcements, community engagement, and peer support.
10. Curriculum Choice: It’s important to note that we respect your individuality and do not supply curriculum. You have the freedom to choose your curriculum of choice. However, we’re here to offer consultation and planning support should you need it.
