Our KAIROS+ services are optional added support services for families who want more personalised guidance, practical planning, or review support.
Whether you are new to the American High School Diploma pathway, already enrolled with Kairos and HomeLife Academy, or preparing for the senior high school years, this page will help you choose the best next step.
What is already included for enrolled Kairos families?
Enrolled Kairos families already receive access to key support structures, including the Kairos e-Planner, the Kairos community, and electronic transcript recordkeeping (Applecore) through our partner school, HomeLife Academy.
The Kairos e-Planner is a detailed 60+ page planning resource with stepwise guidance, helpful links, and practical information to support families through the year. For many families, this provides enough direction to move forward confidently.
KAIROS+ services are therefore optional additional services for families who would like more individualised planning, review, or administrative support.

Graduation Plan Consultation
The Graduation Plan Consultation is our most detailed planning service. It is designed for families who want a personalised, well-structured pathway from the student’s current grade through to Grade 12 graduation.
This is especially helpful where you need support with subject choices, credit planning, resource selection, Applecore planning, record-keeping, tertiary direction, or South African university considerations.
The goal is not to lock your family into one fixed curriculum or one rigid plan. Rather, the goal is to help you make informed decisions within a flexible framework, so that your child’s education is purposeful, well documented, and aligned with future opportunities.

KAIROS+ Transcript Reviews
The KAIROS+ Transcript Review provides added assurance that your student’s high school record is accurate, complete, and well aligned.
This service is especially helpful during the high school years, when subject continuity, credit values, course titles, and tertiary direction become increasingly important.
A Transcript Review may include checking subject continuity from Grade 9 upward, reviewing completeness and course titles, considering local or international tertiary goals, and addressing relevant HLA transcript review recommendations where applicable.

KAIROS+ In-person Seminars
Kairos also offers in-person seminars for communities, learning centres, and parent groups who would like practical guidance on the American High School Diploma pathway in the South African context.
Popular topics include graduation planning, SAT and other standardised tests, accelerated pathways, earning tertiary credits during high school, and South African tertiary considerations.
Pricing depends on travel distance, venue arrangements, and the number of participating families.
