KAIROS+ Applecore Support

We apply a secure recordkeeping system, Applecore, for academic recordkeeping. Access is included with your enrollment. If you’re a new family, or a returning family short on time, or need assistance with upkeep of your information on the platform, we’re here to assist you!

KAIROS+ Transcript Reviews

This increasingly sought-after service provides added assurance that your student’s Transcript is accurate. It includes:

Reviewing the continuity of subjects from Grade 9 to higher grades, ensuring completeness, relevance, and appropriate titles in the SA context.
Taking into account your student’s tertiary goals (whether local or international) to provide context.
Considering the recommendations from your last HLA High School Transcript Review and ensuring they have been addressed.
Submitting any requested corrections of previous transfer records to HLA for adjustment.

Recordkeeping Support

KAIROS+ Subject Record Management

You have the liberty to select your own subjects and corresponding curriculum that align with your student’s objectives (freedom to choose). Whether it’s self-guided learning, external tutors, online courses, or comprehensive curricula, all options are permitted.

For our students, and in particular our high schoolers, we recommend maintaining a course description and assessments on file as part of the student’s portfolio. This practice proves invaluable for planning, reviewing, and reporting purposes.
